Donna was recommended to use our services by her neighbour earlier this year after we catered for their New Year’s Eve party. Donna was struggling to find a reliable and budget friendly caterer for her son’s birthday later in the year. After hearing the recommendation Donna did her research online and browsed our social media pages and while her mouth was watering she knew already that we were the perfect choice! One phone call with our team later and we were booked for her summer party. For a party in the sunshine Donna wanted a menu that was light, fresh but delicious. She decided on our famous pigs in buns, stuffing and apple sauce, accompanied by a couple of our side salads which are prepared fresh on the day. Along with bringing lovely vibrant colours to the buffet, very eye catching for the guests. A great menu choice for her 30 guests to dine outdoors with on our rustic looking bamboo plates and cutlery.
Our Hog Roast Marston Green team were set up under our gazebo in plenty of time for the guests arriving while just placing the finishing touches and the last final bit of roasting before our chef started to carve. Pairs of eyes were eagerly watching over our chef as he pulled off the crispy crackling and sliced tender sections of pork. Our serving assistant started to fill the rolls for the guests topped with stuffing and apple sauce while they helped themselves to the vibrant choice of salads. The food went down a storm with each and every single guest, even the vegetarians who had a colour choice of halloumi and vegetable skewers in a wrap or roll.
