When it comes to catering all kinds of parties and events, Hog Roast Coleshill is a great choice, and not just because of our stunning hog roast centrepieces. Whether you’re organising a milestone birthday celebration, wedding reception, family get-together, corporate function, charity event or something completely different, our dedicated professionals can help make it go with a bang, even if it’s not Fireworks Night! At any time of the year, in all types of weather and in any kind of location that you can think of (as our trusty portable hog roast machines are gas-powered so there’s no need for mains electric), we can cook you and your guests a great feast and not just one of our gorgeous hog roasts…
In terms of choice and variety, Hog Roast Coleshill is proud to offer an array of menus featuring a wealth of options, which cover not only alternative tasty options for carnivores like our spit-roast dishes and standalone menus like our Southern Slow Roast and Loaded Fries but also tasty options for any guests on special diets. Whether a self-imposed diet or one that’s necessary due to religious reasons or an allergy or intolerance, we know full well just how important it is to ensure that everyone invited to your special occasion gets to enjoy great food, so let us know your needs in advance and hey presto – we’ve got you covered.
Additionally, Hog Roast Coleshill also offers plenty of supplementary dishes like starters, desserts, sides and canapés if needed, both hot and cold possibilities, and we can even help you to devise your own bespoke menu, whether that’s one featuring several courses or just one main, or three mains and a couple of sides.
For a birthday party that we catered over the weekend, our chef and catering assistants cooked up a storm with a traditional hog roast made into scrumptious pigs in buns but we also cooked veggie skewers for the vegetarian guests. While the hog sizzled to perfection, we freshly prepared halloumi, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, courgette and red onion for the skewers, to be enjoyed with pitta and Tzatziki, got our apple sauce and stuffing ready for the pigs in buns, and then by 5pm, we were ready to serve.
