Our Hog Roast Hillingdon Festive Menu is a big hit at this time of year and while that’s partly due to the luscious meat that we cook from fresh for hours on the day, it’s also because of the inviting sides that we serve too. You get to dine on our homemade cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, roasted potatoes with rosemary and garlic, no less than four seasonal vegetables of glazed carrots and sprouts, green beans and peas, as well as our homemade trimmings. In terms of the latter, if you choose a hog roast, it’s served with crispy crackling, sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce and if you decide on turkeys instead, you get to enjoy fresh cranberry sauce and stuffing. Either way, your meal is smothered with our onion gravy – another homemade delight of ours. If you’re inviting any guests on special diets, just let us know when you book and we can tell you all about our scrumptious alternatives, like vegan barbecued pulled jackfruit or vegetarian wraps with halloumi and vegetables.
