After losing her job during the COVID-19 pandemic, Helen decided to make the best of the situation and use this time to go to university and pursue her dream of studying fine art. This has always been a passion of hers, but she was unable to go to university when she left school over fifteen years ago. Now, she is at the end of her course and will be gradating this summer, which certainly requires an incredible celebration. Her husband has organised a party to celebrate the occasion, with all of Helen’s friends and family invited to their home in Middlesex. Hog Roast Hampstead has been hired to cater for the party with our delicious BBQ menu, which will be perfect for enjoying in the summer sunshine!
In preparation for the party, the Hog Roast Hampstead team will arrive at the private venue in the morning and begin preparing our menu. We will start with the main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served alongside fresh bread rolls and wraps, as well as a selection of condiments and sides. Additionally, the guests can enjoy sweet potato fries, herby baby potatoes, a tomato and mozzarella salad, gourmet coleslaw, and corn cobettes. Our menu will be served buffet style to the guests, to allow everyone to create a delicious meal from the dishes that we have to offer. The Hog Roast Hampstead team is looking forward to attending this event and celebrating Helen’s graduation!
