When Hog Roast Harrow on the Hill caters, it’s with style, regardless of whether your special occasion is a huge, posh function with hundreds of guests or a small, informal affair with just a handful of family members invited. We’re experienced in catering all kinds of venues, from our customers’ back gardens and yards to swanky hotels and castles, and either way, we always work hard to impress everyone you invite and with fresh, delicious dishes made out of local, high-quality ingredients.
While we’re famous for our traditional hog roast centrepieces, served either as pigs in buns or part of a plated meal, you may well be glad to know that we offer so much more too, in case you need different options either for special diets or personal tastes. Spit-roasted turkeys, chickens, lamb or beef may be the ideal main instead of a hog, although we can cook a barbecue if you prefer or you may want to push the boat out with one of our Hog Roast Harrow on the Hill standalone menus. Our Loaded Fries come smothered in meat, slaw and cheese, while our Southern Slow Roast will wow your guests with three mains and four sides of your choosing.
Vegetarians and vegans can easily be catered for and we can always cater for guests with allergies or intolerances as well; just let us know your needs when you book and Bob’s your uncle. Plus we also have various additional possibilities, in case you’d like a multi-course menu, and with a wide array of handmade canapés, starters, sides, and puddings, we’re sure you’ll find exactly what you need within our extensive menus.
Hog Roast Harrow on the Hill was asked to cater a corporate event, where we cooked up a storm with a hog roast made into our renowned pigs in buns, but we also served several of our canapés beforehand, along with refreshments. The guests were treated to our gourmet sausages, grilled fillet of beef, Chinese dim sum and halloumi kebabs, and then once the hog had cooked to perfection and been carved up, we filled fresh bread rolls and wraps with meat, crackling, apple sauce and stuffing, and everyone dug in.
