Hog Roast Harrow on the Hill was asked to cater a corporate event, where we cooked up a storm with a hog roast made into our renowned pigs in buns, but we also served several of our canapés beforehand, along with refreshments. The guests were treated to our gourmet sausages, grilled fillet of beef, Chinese dim sum and halloumi kebabs, and then once the hog had cooked to perfection and been carved up, we filled fresh bread rolls and wraps with meat, crackling, apple sauce and stuffing, and everyone dug in.
