Cleanse Your Office Of The Wintry blues with Hog Roast Limehouse!

Hog Roast LimehouseAfter the rush of the holidays and when the promise of January wears off, the wintry blues always start to set in. It is increasingly colder and seemingly always dark, so it is no wonder that it is so easy to lose momentum this time of year. Here at Hog Roast Limehouse, we think that there is no better way to help your employees ward off that winter burnout than by throwing them a party.

Recently, we were hired to cater for a party for business owner, Mike. Mike had noticed a drop in morale among his employees and had decided to throw them a party. After having a browse through our menus, Mike decided to go for the Southern slow roast menu. Mike voiced his concerns about the weather and if it was too cold to go for this type of catering. We assured Mike that we can cook and serve the food indoors or outdoors. With our Southern slow roast menu there is also the option for us to bring our own gazebos to cook and serve under. No weather condition has stopped the Hog Roast Limehouse team!

Hog Roast LimehouseThe partygoers enjoyed their main course with a choice of Texan 24-hour beef brisket, pulled quarter of minted lamb and Louisiana sticky pork ribs. All of the main dishes were served with a tempting sauce to accompany them. From smoky sweet BBQ glaze, Cajun hot pepper sauce to our legendary hickory bourbon BBQ sauce. For the veggies, we served grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers. To cater to the vegans, we served the skewers without halloumi. Alongside the main dishes, we served Mac and cheese, Memphis style crunchy coleslaw and a mixture of sweet potato and traditional fries. An evening filled with laughter, music and good food was just what Mike’s employees needed as a pick-me-up this winter.

If you have noticed a lack of morale among your employees, then the Hog roast Limehouse dining experience could be just what they need! Get in touch today and let us know the party size, date and location and we will be happy to work out the rest.
