Early in 2022, Hog Roast Stanwell was contacted to provide catering for an upcoming 21st birthday party. The party was set to take place at a local function room, with 80 guests in attendance. The party was organised by the birthday girl’s parents as a surprise for her, which was set to be a wonderful occasion! For the entertainment, the parents had hired a DJ and were planning on making space for a dance floor for the guests to let loose. The catering needed to have a dish that would be suitable for vegetarian and vegan guests, with something for everyone to enjoy. After discussing our options, it was decided that our Gourmet BBQ menu was the perfect choice.
On the day of the event, we got to work preparing the dishes freshly and getting them grilled to perfection. The main course consisted of succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, vegetable skewers, and marinated chicken kebabs. These dishes were accompanied by crunchy coleslaw, fresh salad dishes, bread rolls and wraps, homemade chips, and sweet potato fries. This created a nutritious and versatile menu, with plenty for the guests to enjoy. This menu includes such a wide variety of dishes that there was bound to be something for everyone to enjoy.
The Hog Roast Stanwell team had lots of fun providing catering for this occasion and it was a great party to be a part of. Once the catering had been enjoyed, the guests were more than ready for an evening of dancing and celebrations.
