The fact that we design and build these machines ourselves means we can build them to our exact specifications and we know what works well and was does not. This means that our chefs that cater around the country daily are supplied with the very best equipment for which to cater and so we are always confident that our roasts will be nothing but the best!
As we are so passionate about hog roasting, we always like to see our customers take up hog roasting themselves. That’s why, as a company, Hog Roast Anstey also sells and hires our machines out to the public. This means that you yourself, with a quick training session, can be well on your way to creating DIY Hog Roast Anstey’s with next to no effort!
One such customer who wanted to give hog roasting a try was Earl. Earl had been one of our long term customers and every time we catered for him he always came and watched with awe how our chefs were able to roast a whole hog, or another cut of meat, to ‘pure perfection’ in Earl’s own words!
So, it was finally time for Earl to hire one of our machines and try it for himself. As always we invited him to visit our factory to get a feel for what machine he would like to try out. After viewing the factory and showroom he settled on our Platinum machine. The Platinum is one of our largest machines, that we usually reserve for fellow caterers. However, Earl insisted if he was going to give hog roasting a try he wanted to go all out and give it his best shot. We gave him a demo of the machine controls and with that, he was on his way already designing his first Hog Roast Anstey menu!
