One minute we were all cowering in the warmth away from the cold, wet, and windy weather, and then suddenly this past week the sun decided to show up unannounced for some gorgeous hot weather! And of course when the sun comes out you know what that means all across Britain: barbecues!
We didn’t expect barbecue season to crop up quite so quickly, but as always we’re ready to go in a hurry. Plus, when the sun arrives you don’t take your chances – it could be gone any second later! Seeing the oncoming forecasts of 17+ degree weather meant the Hog Roast Cranford team were in for an influx of calls demanding we get our roast tastes and expertise in barbecuing down to cobbled together events in a hurry. We of course had prior bookings to honour, but we never miss an opportunity for some barbecuing fun so we did all we could to attend the events we could, enjoying the warmer sunnier weather with a classic Hog Roast Cranford gourmet barbecue. Truly the best way to kick back and celebrate the end of those wintertime blues!

Plus, with our accompaniments of creamy potato mash, fries, homemade coleslaw, fresh seasonal salads there is plenty to whet your appetite while you soak up those precious rays at outdoor events.
