Anthony recently received a promotion that he has been working towards since the beginning of his career as a lawyer. The promotion is definitely a cause for celebration and his family and friends have been rallying around him to host a party to mark the occasion. Anthony’s wife is currently planning an event to celebrate and has been reaching out to Hog Roast Harefield to arrange catering for the event. Our catering manager Darren has been on hand to discuss menu options, including our alfresco menu, gourmet BBQ, and classic hog roast. After a discussion, it was decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal, with a few additional dishes to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
On the day of the event, Darren and the Hog Roast Harefield team arrived at the venue with plenty of time to prepare for the 8:00pm mealtime. We began by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it was cooked to perfection. We also provided succulent pork sausage and veggie sausages. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For the side dishes, we prepared homemade chips, crunchy coleslaw, and a selection of salad dishes. This menu was a great addition to the event and went down a treat with Anthony and his guests. The Hog Roast Harefield team was happy to celebrate this occasion and to be part of such a memorable event.
