Max is turning 21 in May and is currently finalising the details of his 21st birthday party. The party is taking place at a hotel function room near his family home in Middlesex, which is the ideal location for hosting 100 guests. For entertainment, a DJ will be playing a set, with plenty of dancing taking place on the dance floor. Our catering manager Darren has been hired to provide a classic hog roast for the occasion, followed by a dessert course to accompany the birthday cake. This menu is ideal for the occasion as it can be served efficiently to the guests and always goes down a treat at events like this!
In preparation for the event, the Hog Roast Ickenham team is planning on arriving at the venue in the afternoon, giving us enough time to roast the hog for 5 hours before carving. Once ready, the meat will be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For the side dishes, we will also be serving homemade chips and a selection of salad dishes. Following the mains, guests will be able to choose from profiteroles and individual cheesecakes, with each dish accompanied by English cream and fresh berries. This is sure to create a dessert course that looks and tastes fantastic, alongside the great birthday cake made by Max’s grandparents!
