Hog Roast Ryton-on-Dunsmore celebrates local teens 18th birthday

Turning 18 is a big deal, so when the client’s child turned 18 they knew they had to do something special. When they contacted the Hog Roast Ryton-on-Dunsmore team, the team were only too happy to provide the catering for the 18th birthday party.

Hog Roast Ryton-on-DunsmoreThe initial plans for the party were to include having 25 guests, these being friends of the teen, attending a small function at the private family home. However, after the initial consultation the teen informed his parents that he wanted to invite more guests, so this figure had to be rounded up to 35 instead of 25. This addition did not in any way alarm the team as they could be flexible with their plans and the client so only too happy to pay the additional amount on top of their budget for the catering package.

The menu was to be served by the Hog Roast Ryton-on-Dunsmore team at around 10 pm. The menu was fun and didn’t need to be too diverse, because no one on the guest list was vegan or vegetarian.

The menu included delicious dishes such as: succulent loaded fries, with lots of extra toppings as the client requested, a Classic Slow Roasted Hog which would be sizzled and served under the watchful eye of the professional chef, crunchy coleslaw and soft floured rolls, amongst other dishes.

This bespoke catering package paid for by the clients also included the use of disposable high-quality crockery and cutlery. This would be set out by the catering team from Hog Roast Ryton-on-Dunsmore on the day of the event.

The team of two arrived at the venue several hours before the serving time; this was so they could prepare everything fresh on site and so that they would not interrupt the party by arriving halfway through. The team worked hard to prepare all the dishes fresh on site and by 10 pm they were ready to serve.

The clients loved what the team had put together! The food was delicious and the guests fed to their hearts content, it was a wonderful night and the Hog Roast Ryton-on-Dunsmore team had done a wonderful job.
