Since announcing the exciting news of their engagement, Andy and his wife-to-be, Laura were keen to celebrate their upcoming nuptials with an intimate but elegant party to which they had invited 45 of their closest friends and relatives. With the help of our dedicated team, the pair had selected our hog roast dining menu which offers a more formal, alfresco-style experience that has remained a popular choice among our new and existing clients alike for years – and for good reason!
Imagine freshly prepared salads teaming with colour, fluffy new potatoes in herb butter and crunchy coleslaw, centred by a crispy, golden pig embedded in our famous savoury stuffing and topped with a drizzling of homemade applesauce. Well, that’s exactly what Andy, Laura and their guests were treated to on the day of the celebration – but the mouth-watering feast didn’t end there! Along with the meaty main, the Hog Roast Minworth catering crew had also whipped up a vegetarian and vegan-friendly alternative of grilled veggie skewers with optional haloumi and a complementary side of flatbreads and tzatziki dip.
The happy couple were ecstatic when they were presented with the final result, and their guests couldn’t seem to get enough of the delicious food which had them returning to the buffet table for extra helpings.
